Among the documents generated by the TMT upon confirmation, we have added one, the Cost Summary, which allows the Tour Operator to quickly retrieve information about the costs in the original currency for each service within a booking (specifying the suppliers). Each cost for every service is grouped by supplier and original currency.
This document can be sent via email (even with CC recipients) directly from the TMT, printed and/or saved as a PDF, and easily consulted for all confirmed bookings.
The Cost Summary per supplier can be easily accessed from the booking summary page, the same one that allows you to open the other documents.
