The Not Refundable filter allows you to quickly select refundable or non-refundable rates, making the process of choosing and proposing hotels faster. It will no longer be necessary to manually use the PENALTIES tab for each room to consult the policies and determine if a hotel rate is subject to penalties or not!
We have also added counters that instantly show you how many refundable/non-refundable rates are available. If the suppliers do not return this information to us, “The supplier does not communicate the refund” will be displayed among the options. The colored labels “refundable rate” and “non-refundable rate” next to the room names visually reflect the refund type.
