At IPW 2025, we enthusiastically unveiled a series of innovations designed to take our TailorMadeTour (TMT) to an even higher level in terms of quality, stability, and ease of use. Among the most significant updates, we have introduced features that will have a concrete and immediate impact on the day-to-day operations of our clients. All the details are below:
Not refundable filter
The Not Refundable filter allows you to quickly select refundable or non-refundable rates, making the process of choosing and proposing hotels faster. It will no longer be necessary to manually use the PENALTIES tab for each room to consult the policies and determine if a hotel rate is subject to penalties or not!
Supplier costs resume
Among the documents generated by the TMT upon confirmation, we have added one, the Cost Summary, which allows the Tour Operator to quickly retrieve information about the costs in the original currency for each service within a booking (specifying the suppliers). Each cost for every service is grouped by supplier and original currency.
Entering flight number for car rental reservations
The new feature concerns the inclusion of flight details during the booking phase. Specifically, if an airport is selected as the Pick-Up location, a dedicated box will appear on the cart screen to indicate the flight number you are arriving on. Alongside the release of these new features, we have also undertaken significant evolutionary maintenance work, with over 50 bug-fixing interventions distributed across all modules of our TMT.
